Booking an appointment is preferred, however it is not necessary. An appointment ensures you get our undivided attention while you are in the store.
We are a full service optical boutique and can help with everything glasses related, including: licensed optician, unique eyewear, prescription lenses and minor repairs. We don’t offer eye exams at this time.
We direct bill most extended health benefits.
- If they aren’t on your face, put them in a case 😉
- Please don’t wear them on top of your head. This will eventually stretch them and alter the fit of them.
- Same with taking them off with one hand. Try removing them with both hands and you’ll notice a difference!
- Clean lenses with spray cleaner and cloth provided.
- In a pinch, use lukewarm water and mild hand soap with a soft lint free towel or cloth.
- Please do not leave your eyewear in a hot car as this may alter their fit.
- Lenses are temperature sensitive and extreme heat can craze them, so be mindful when performing certain activities (e.g. cooking).
- Bring your glasses to us for complementary tune-ups when your frames need adjusting, tightening screws, or ultrasonic cleaning.
Our eyewear has a two year warranty for any manufacturing defects. Raen frames and sunglasses have a one year warranty.
